Thank you to all who supported the HSHS Spring Show 2024. It was a great success down to the huge community participation. Many thanks to all who attended, the showers and the growers, the many volunteers and home bakers and especially to all who exhibited, thank you for coming along and making it happen. Biggest and best show yet. As is the tradition a donation will be made to St. Francis Hospice Raheny.
Guest Speakers Coming in May
The Insomniac Gardener, Rosie Maye is coming to talk to us on Wednesday 1st May at 8pm in Howth Yacht Club. Roise will share how to achieve colour in the garden or on the balcony through every season. Raffle, refreshments and a plant swap – bring along a plant and go home with something new. Wednesday 22nd May at 8pm in Howth Yacht Club, plant hunter, ecologist and owner of Cally Gardens in the UK, Kevin Hughes will give a talk about Cally Gardens – famous for its rare plants, and more recently, herbaceous plants.
